Watchguard? Ever heard of it?

99.9% of people don't know what or who it is.

Neither did we until we coined it to describe our partner role in a Dynamics 365 implementation.

Since you won’t be finding this “Arcade original” in the dictionary, allow us to define watchguarding.

  • (noun) A watchguard provides an unbiased perspective during a software implementation. He/she watches the vision of both the client and implementation partner, and guards that all tasks bring the project to a good end.
  • (verbTo be alert for both integration partner and client, be on the lookout, look attentively, and carry out all necessary tasks during a software implementation process.
